Exercises

If your spine has any damage then it is crucial that you do exercises to restore strength and flexibility.

Start with the Fundamental Exercises. Anyone can do these. Just build you way up – not to much too soon.

As you come stronger, we will recommend you move on to the Corrective Exercises. These need to be the right ones for you. You must be prescribed them by your Chiropractor.
