Once you are getting stronger with the Fundamental Exercises, it’s time to start the Corrective Exercises.
There are many patterns of abnormal spine function, some common and some rare.
It is critical that you only do the corrective exercises that are correct for you.
Please don’t do these exercises unless they have been prescribed for you by your Chiropractor.
It is quite normal to have some discomfort from time to time as you are correcting your spine so don’t be too surprised by it when it happens 😉
