Muscles – Deltoids Anterior
- Sit on the floor with your legs extended and knees slightly bent so that your heels are on the floor.
- Grip a small towel behind your back, knuckles facing toward your body.
- Gently slide you’re your buttocks forward along the floor until you feel a comfortable stretch.
- Hold for 10 seconds then reverse out of stretch to starting position and repeat.
- Make sure your head stays in a neutral position and does not lean forward.
