Muscles – Latissimus Dorsi
- Kneeling so that your buttocks are above your knees , lean your torso forward and your arms are extended before you and rest your forehead on the floor
- Bend your left arm so that it is perpendicular to your body keeping your pals flat on the floor.
- For a deep stretch, lift your buttocks off your heels letting your palm slide forward.
- Hold for 10 seconds then repeat on the other side.
