Spreadsheet to calculate how much protein you need based on your body weight. (Just go with 80/day unless you are extra small or extra large)

If you want to use some protein powder, I recommend the Whey Protein Powder from Swanson Vitamins. It’s just straight protein with a dash of vanilla essence and dissolves easily. No sweeteners artificial or otherwise. Ironically, you have to buy it from the US but it originates from NZ.
