Chronic Pain literally means pain that has been present for a long time.
It’s not uncommon to meet someone who has been suffering with some severe pain for 20 or even 40 years, and once we start to restore the alignment of their spine, their pain is gone.
For others, chronic pain may mean pain all over their body, as well as always there. Like fibromyalgia for example.
It’s common that once you break the pattern of pain in someone’s body, they start sleeping better, start to relax and chronic pain progressively lifts.
